FLUMEN enables the Italian population to take part in research on the river ecosystem of the Tiber. In the first year of the project, water samples, which are analyzed and compared, sharpen the eye for the surrounding nature of Rome. In the following years, the areas are to be rehabilitated through plant campaigns and agroforestry practices. Workshops and exhibitions complete the process of community participation in conservation projects.
