Cortada’s RECLAMATION PROJECT is a participatory urban eco-art project. It includes a reforestation programme, which plants mangroves in Miami’s Biscayne Bay, and the Native Flag initiative, which encourages the planting of native trees along with green flags to reclaim land for nature. The flags serve as a catalyst for conversations to encourage others to join the project.
